The Association  is organised by a Committee of up to 12 Members of the Association.  These are elected by the Members present at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is held in February of each year.

Officers of the of the Committee  are those elected Members who have a specific role in the Association as defined by the Constitution.  There are five Officer positions.  For 2026 these positions are held by:

Vice-Chairman          - Adrian Blackburn
​
Secretary                   - Paul Willcock
​
Treasurer                    - Adrian Blackburn
​
Minuting Secretary    - Suzanne Willcock
​
Other Posts are needed for the organisation of different Association activities. These activities are usually covered by other Members of the Committee.  Those other Members for 2026 are:
Steffi Harangoza, Janet Retford, Andrew Tomlinson, Suzanne Tomlinson, Theresa Tomlinson, Julie Walker, Bernard Walker.

As there only three different people holding the five Officer posts, there could be a further two Committee Members.

Associate Member of the Committee was recently introduced for the Committee.  This allows a Member to join the discussions of the Committee without being elected.  They have full discussion rights but are not allowed to Vote in decision making.  The purpose of the scheme is to allow a Member to be more aware of the functioning of the Committee if they be considering standing for election.

Meetings of the Committee take place on an "as needed" basis as determined by the Chairman and Secretary.
