The Association  is organised by a Committee of up to 12 Members of the Association.  These are elected annually by the Members present at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is held in February of each year.

Officers of the Committee  are those elected Members who have a specific role in the Association as defined by the Constitution.  There are five Officer positions.  For 2026 these positions are held by:

           Chairman                  - Paul Willcock
           Vice-Chairman          - Adrian Blackburn
           Secretary                   - Paul Willcock
           Treasurer                   - Adrian Blackburn
           Minuting Secretary   - Suzanne Willcock

Other Posts are needed for the organisation of different Association activities. These activities are covered by other Members of the Committee.  Those other Committee Members for 2026 are:
Steffi Harangoza, Janet Retford, Andrew Tomlinson, Suzanne Tomlinson, Theresa Tomlinson, Julie Walker, Bernard Walker.

As there are only three different people holding the five Officer posts, there could be a further two Committee Members.

Associate Member of the Committee has been recently introduced.  This allows a Member to attend Committee Meetings and join the discussions of the Committee without being elected at the AGM.  They have full discussion rights but are not allowed to Vote in decision making, as they are unelected.  The purpose of the scheme is to allow a Member to be more aware of the functioning of the Committee, especially if they be considering standing for election to the Committee.

Meetings of the Committee take place on an "as needed" basis as determined by the Chairman and Secretary.
